We make sure your order is delivered conveniently and without unnecessary hassle. Within Ukraine, you can choose delivery by Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta at checkout.

Milini also offers worldwide international shipping. Delivery options and costs for your country will be shown during checkout.

• Nova Poshta: fast delivery across Ukraine to a branch, parcel locker, or directly to your address by courier.

• Ukrposhta: an affordable delivery option available throughout Ukraine, with collection from your nearest branch.

You can choose one of two payment options:

✔️ UAH 300 Prepayment
You pay UAH 300 in advance (via a payment link from our manager or through the manager in direct messages), collect your order from a Nova Poshta branch, and can inspect the shoes before receiving them. If the pair is not right for you, you may refuse the order; the prepayment is non-refundable. If you take the shoes home and later decide to return them, you will cover the return delivery costs.

✔️ Full Payment
You pay the full order amount upfront, and we cover the delivery costs. Try your shoes on at home, and if they are not the right fit, return them to us at our expense. Once we receive the return, your refund will be issued within 2–4 days.

Our manager will contact you to confirm your order and discuss the payment method that is most convenient for you.

Orders are dispatched on business days only.
